RBA provided architectural, planning, and interior design services for the facade and interior renovations of this 1920's historic downtown Fullerton, CA building. The 10,000 SF ground floor was reconfigured from a single user space to a multi-tenant plan accommodating up to four retail/restaurant tenants. Front and rear exterior facades were stripped of earlier remodel efforts and new brick materials were installed that were more appropriate for the building's era.

RBA provided architectural, schematic design, city entitlements processing, and construction document services for this exterior facade renovation in the downtown Belmont Shores area of Long Beach, CA. Located on the corner of 2nd Street and Laverne, two street frontages involving three buildings and four restaurant/retail tenants were reconstructed. Limited improvements were also made to the remaining building exterior as well as disabled access improvements within the tenant spaces.

Architectural services for exterior and interior remodel of a 34,938 square foot market building located in Newport Beach, CA. The structure was built in 1947 and has undergone numerous modifications over the years.

Architectural services for this new 24,000 SF, 2-story building on a 1.8-acre site in Irvine Spectrum 5. The concrete tilt-up building houses offices, furniture showroom and warehouse space including a mezzanine and freeway display area.

RBA designed the bright, shiny and colorful dual function 3,600 square foot retail space combining specialty foods, kitchenware sales and a gourmet cooking school all in one facility. White mullion windows and French doors separate instruction from retail areas but allow for unobtrusive views into each.

RBA worked with Property Managers Davenport Partners to develop a revitalization master plan for many of the buildings within the retail and office campus of Lido Marina Village located in Newport Beach, California. Design services included selection of awning design, fabric and color selection, paint color selection and coordination, exterior materials schemes for the campus. RBA also provided proposed singular architectural building identity themes for individual restaurant and retail buildings for to-suit improvements for specific tenants within the campus.
