RBA was commissioned by Davenport Partners for interior design services for a health club, fitness and juice bar facility for their new tenant Curl Fitness. The start up company occupies approximately 13,629 square feet of fist and second floor area of a building in the Lido Marina Village. The interior plan was designed to accommodate the various needs and requirements for a health and fitness center including a private personal training studio, spin room, aerobics area and a cafe that serves healthy fresh foods and nutritional shakes. Use of sustainable design features are found throughout the facility, including solar powered restroom fixtures, recycled content finishes and low VOC paints.

RBA provided programming, planning, interior design, construction documents, and construction administration services for the new 5,047 SF Clubhouse Building at the Niguel Shores Community Center. The new clubhouse contains a pre-function lounge, multi-purpose room, catering kitchen, and restrooms for Clubhouse use. Additional restrooms with saunas, showers, and lockers have also been provided to serve the swimming pool area. Site improvements include new patio areas, parking, maintenance service yard, adult spa, lighting, and landscaping.

Site planning, architectural and interior design services for a new 18,500 SF senior community center clubhouse in Laguna Woods, CA. This new building houses a 270 seat bridge/card room, a multi-purpose dining room, pre-function lounge with bar, large catering kitchen, pro shop, and shower, locker, and restroom facilities. It also provides support for the adjacent tennis complex and golf driving range.

Architectural Services for a major remodel and expansion of an existing 6,000 SF community senior center clubhouse in Laguna Woods, CA. Originally designed by Robert Borders, the work included complete renovation of the clubhouse, kitchen, shower, locker and toilet room facilities, a new bar, and clerestory roof area.

Architectural services for two new buildings at the Sun & Sail Club. A new 4,779 SF Aquatics Building constructed adjacent to the swim complex houses an exercise room, offices, lifeguard operations, restrooms, and storage. A new 2,100 SF Maintenance Building constructed on the west end of the complex houses maintenance operations, staff break room, and restroom facilities for members utilizing the adjacent tennis and basketball courts.

Architectural services and interior design for a remodel & expansion of a 12,000 SF multilevel community clubhouse including 6,000 SF of new building area, 3,500 SF of tenant improvements in the clubhouse and a new 1,500 SF Teen Center located at the Lake Forest Sun & Sail Club, Lake Forest, CA.

Architectural, planning, and interior design services for a site and building renovation of a 2,600 SF community center. Site improvements included all new hardscape, designated activity areas, a 180-seat amphitheater, lighting, and landscaping. Building improvements included a new covered patio area, renovated public restrooms, new kitchen, office, multipurpose rooms.

RBA provided architectural programming, design and site planning services for a 6-acre new park facility in the City of Placentia, CA. Planned improvements included two new buildings housing 22,000 SF of recreational facilities, Human Services and Head Start Classrooms. Basketball, handball, and children's play areas are also provided.
