Space Planning, architectural services and interior design for 65,000 square feet of tenant improvements, seismic upgrades and exterior remodel that included 45,000 square feet of office space with 4,000 square feet of raised floor computer room and 20,000 square feet of manufacturing floor area. The facility was designed as a corporate and division headquarters.

Architectural and planning services for tenant improvements, interior and exterior color coordination, and site and building modifications to an existing 303,000 SF shell building located in Anaheim, CA. Work included manufacturing areas, warehouse facilities, loading docks, offices, fitness center, lab and R&D facilities for a health food and vitamin supplements manufacturer. This project was completed with a cost of 10 million.

3030 Building - Western Manufacturing and Distribution Facility structural renovations, site and tenant improvements for an 80,000 SF office, manufacturing and warehouse facility in Costa Mesa, CA. Strong emphasis was placed upon environmentally sensitive materials and energy efficient systems. This project was completed with a cost of 3.4 million. 3080 Building - Western Manufacturing and Distribution Facility Remodel/Tenant Improvements over mutliple years for various areas of a 76,000 SF office, manufacturing and warehouse facility in Costa Mesa, CA. Strong emphasis had also been placed upon incorporating many of the same features from the 3030 Building.

This 10 acre industrial/commercial park comprised of ten earth toned concrete buildings integrated with meandering open spaces and colorfully landscaped parking areas. The center houses many corporate headquarters, electronic and technological firms, a freestanding restaurant and full service bank.
